Ordering, Delivery & Payment



To place an order with us:

  1. Once you have received your welcome package and/or are an existing customer orders can be placed in the following ways:

  • Via your assigned Territory Manager

  • By fax or by e-mail (orderdesk@dovre.ca)

  • Or by calling the Dovre order desk 604-234-4545 or 1-800-370-3850

  • Please be sure to include the Dovre item number, quantity in cases, brand name and description

  • Items must be purchased by the case (or in some cases by the piece for bulk cheese)

    Allow 24 hours for pickup orders or collect shipments (min $300)

Special Orders

We are proud to offer a wide variety of special-order products (either on demand or through scheduled pre-books) from our suppliers. Please speak to your Territory Manager or one of our customer service representatives to confirm lead times and be sure to check out our Special Order Product Policy in the resources below.


We have a 12:00 noon PST cut-off for next day delivery provided your regional shipping/delivery day falls on that day. We ship to each region of BC twice a week and the rest of Western Canada once a week. Please see our Shipping Schedule linked below for additional details. Allow 24 hours for pickup orders or collect shipments (min $300).

Having trouble meeting your No Charge DSD Shipping Minimum? We can still ship your order by adding an under minimum shipping surcharge which is calculated based on applicable shipping charges and the % of the minimum charge achieved. Please contact your territory manager or our customer service team for details.

NOTE: Dovre's No Charge DSD Shipping Minimum is determined after you order is picked and before applicable taxes and deposits are applied, however, due to the current volatility of the global supply chain, some leniency may be granted in some areas. If an order is significantly impacted by shortages our customer service team will reach out in order to work out a solution.
