El Rey de la Vera represents four generations of paprika producers.
The unique drying process over an oak wood burning stove gives the paprika the aroma, flavour and distinctive colour the La Vera Pimenton is known for.
Pimenton is used in rice dishes, such as Paella, in soups, and on barbequed meat and fish. Add it to your flour mix when frying up calamari or vegetables.
