In Spain, quince paste is obtained by combining cooked quince and sugar, and is paired with cheese and bread. This traditional product has exceptional artisan quality and is rich in flavour and deep in colour.

The piquillo pepper is known for its distinctive pointed shape, and have been picked and produced almost entirely by hand for generations. They are very versatile and can be used for cooking, roasting, or sautéing and either stuffed or thrown in salads. Piparras on the other hand are a longer green pepper from the Basque Country of Spain. Lightly pickled, they make for a great accompaniment to tuna or smoked fish.
