Cows Creamery is known for their award winning cheeses. Their premium extra old and applewood smoked cheddars are made from the milk of Holstein cows from the rolling countryside of Prince Edward Island. Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar is made using centuries-old, traditional cheddar-making techniques, inspired by a Scottish cheese recipe from the Orkney Islands.

Cows Creamery also produces all-natural butter. Premium butter containing 84% butter fat in comparison to the 80% in regular butters. Their butter is made by churning the cream slower and longer in traditional churns. This creates a creamier taste and silkier texture. Sea salt is added to provide a premium taste.
